ATOS III is the high-end digitizer for demanding
applications. Its high performance, enormous detail
resolution and broad selection of additional measuring
areas allow for an efficient and precise reporting
in quality control and an optimized data gathering
time in design applications.
The
ATOS III uses the proven two camera technology
developed by GOM and delivers 4 million data points
in each measurement. The special type of lenses
and the high performance projection system ensure
a very dense and highly accurate point cloud with
minimum data noise even under harsh environmental
conditions.
The
ATOS III allows easy automation and fast digitizing
for demanding industrial applications. Few measurements
capture even complex objects with the required
